Exchange Request Period
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange claims related to:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products
- Missing items
- Manufacturing defects
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label
- The complete unboxing process
- The product received
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
Eligible Exchange Reasons
Products may be eligible for exchange if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product arrived damaged
- The product received is different from what was ordered
All requests are subject to inspection and approval by our support team.
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, products must:
- Be unused
- Be unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, or alteration
Products failing inspection may be rejected.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges may be approved subject to stock availability.
Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs when requesting a size change.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items may not be eligible for exchange:
- Used products
- Washed products
- Products without original tags
- Products damaged after delivery
- Sale or clearance items
- Products submitted without a valid unboxing video
Refund Policy
Valeria does not offer cash refunds.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where a paid order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability.
Color Disclaimer
Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:
- Mobile screen settings
- Monitor settings
- Photography lighting
- Display differences between devices
Minor color variations do not qualify as defects.
Exchange Processing
Once an exchange request is approved:
- Verification may take 1-3 working days
- Replacement dispatch may take 3-7 working days
- Delivery timelines may vary based on courier operations and location
